Cider biscuits

Ingredients:
- 250 g butter
- 250 g flour
- 4 tbsp. Mostviertler perry
- Pinch of salt
- Raspberry jam
- powdered sugar
Preparation:
Mix butter, salt, flour and perry. Let dough rest for half an hour, then roll out and cut out 3-4 mm thick round slices. Fill it with the raspberry jam in the middle and fold it up. Bake at 180 °C for approx. 10-15 minutes. Finally sprinkle with icing sugar.
Our tip: The biscuits taste particularly good with a glass of raspberry brandy.
