Mandelstein

The Mandelstein is 874 m high and offers a wide view to the Czech Republic or to the Gratzener Land. You can easily reach the summit after an ascent of 20 minutes from the parking lot. The path to the summit, with its summit cross, leads past a sound house and the memorial chapel. You will find stations that will familiarize you with the peculiarities of the cultural region of Waldviertel/South Bohemia. The viewing platform was built in 2013.

Take the opportunity and hike on the summit circuit. The view of interesting stone formations is worthwhile.
