The imposing ruins of Senftenberg, which tower over the market place of the same name from high cliffs, leave their mark in the Krems Valley. After a short incline, passed the Gothic fortified church or via the road from the centre of town, you can enjoy the unique view straight down to the oldest houses in the area and to the vineyards up to the Danube valley. The ruins are free to visit all year round.Cosy arches inside invite you to rest and revel, even the covered outdoor seating areas can be used to while away the hours eating and drinking during the day and on an evening.
