Llamas in the vineyards
At Gästehaus Maresi
Gästehaus Maresi is a guesthouse close to the JUFA Weinviertel Hotel in an old mill called Eselsmühle, so adventure is guaranteed daily. A new, exciting surprise is waiting for you every day – an exotic hike with llamas, for example, or bread baking with Karl or maybe a wagon ride along the scenic cellar-lined road.
Riding horseback …
… is the best thing of all! Well, not exactly, not at Maresi. There you join a guided llama hike through the vineyards. Our tip: Take along a small treat for your llama in your pocket. You will be great friends in no time and the exotic adventure in the middle of scenic Pulkau Valley can begin! Equally exciting is the fascinating tour of a cellar-lined road that takes you into the deepest corners underground.
From baker to coachman to vineyard cyclist
If that is still not enough, then head for Karl the baker – and bake yourself a loaf of bread. Sounds delicious! And it is. Maresi welcomes not only children but also cyclists. It’s no wonder; the inn is right on the most popular cycling routes. On a bicycle, you can also pedal easily to an outdoor swimming spot. You can play minigolf there or pit-pat, which is kind of like a combination of minigolf and billiards. There are exciting playgrounds to play on. For a crowning touch, you can enjoy a wagon ride through the vineyards. Have fun!
