The house Teichwiese 1 is located directly in the center of Lackenhof at the crossroads towards the lift. The front area of the house houses the "Teichwies'n Alm" with a wide range of food, souvenirs, bistro and a small bar. In the rear part are the two country house apartments "Ötscher" and "Bergflirt".

The apartment "Bergflirt" is located on the second floor. With its large eat-in kitchen, two bedrooms with double beds and a small children's room, this apartment can accommodate up to 6 people. The offer is rounded off by a small balcony and a terrace.

The apartment "Ötscher" offers at ground level on a spacious 140 m2 in addition to a winter garden, living room, kitchen, bedroom and bathroom, a garage and a garden. Ideal for up to 4 people. From the winter garden, warmed by the cozy warmth of the open fireplace, you can watch the fun activities on the toboggan slope of the pond meadow.
