The Sikawild comes from the local Danube region and is harvested, processed and prepared by the owner. Et voilà: The roe on forest mushroom sauce with crispy vegetables and croquettes, juicy pink fried. The stew of venison, braised in the oven with napkin dumplings and cranberries, has no comparison to fear. Since Hannes Windhör took over the family inn in 2008, a (wild) line has been consistently pursued.
