The house is situated in a sunny and quiet location in the Weitental district at the foot of majestic Mt. Ötscher in Lackenhof. The base terminal Großer Ötscher (operating in summer as well) and the "Kinderland" (kids' area) are only about 300 m away. Other amenities in the immediate vicinity are a restaurant, a ski hut and an après ski bar. The cross-country ski track entrance is directly opposite the house. In the immediate vicinity you will find a children's playground, cows, sheep, horses, cats as well as numerous hiking and walking trails. You can reach the town centre in about 10 minutes on foot. Here you can take care of smaller purchases.

Holiday flat "Ötscher" offers room for max. 6 persons. The rooms are divided into two separate bedrooms, kitchen, anteroom as well as bathroom and toilet. From the flat's balcony you can enjoy the wonderful mountain panorama.
