Directly on the campus of the Krems University of Applied Sciences on the Danube is the Krems Campus Art Mile station. In keeping with the name, the well-known Krems Art Mile is only a few minutes' walk away. The newest stop along the tourist route offers not only sanitary facilities but also waiting rooms, parking spaces for cars and mopeds, as well as parking spaces for bicycles.

It only takes a short five-minute walk from the Krems Campus-Kunstmeile train station to reach the Krems Caricature Museum and thus a very entertaining piece of Lower Austria. In the imposingly designed building, changing exhibitions of modern caricaturistic artists are accompanied by permanent exhibitions of the popular Lower Austrian artist Manfred Deix. Politics meets humour and invites you to laugh and smile - even if sometimes only at second or third glance.
