Seebenstein train station

Seebenstein station is located in the municipality of the same name in the Lower Austrian district of Neunkirchen. The large rustic reception building serves as a waiting room and is equipped with public address systems and timetable displays. Digital train destination displays have been installed on the island platform to inform railway guests about current railway services.

The equipped Park & Ride facility offers space for 35 cars. Almost 50 bicycles can be safely stored in the Bike & Ride Station.

Excursion destination Seebenstein

The impressive walls of Seebenstein Castle are only a quarter of an hour's walk from the Seebenstein stop. The building itself offers a magnificent sight, in the course of a guided tour you can visit the rooms inside the castle and admire the numerous exhibits.

Tip: Visit the Seebenstein forest nature trail, which runs along the way to Seebenstein Castle. Lovingly designed signposts point the way for about 2 kilometres to Schiltern and offer lots of entertaining information about the valuable forests of the region.

Seebenstein Nature Adventure Park

The Seebenstein Nature Experience Park, which has several hiking trails leading to Seebenstein Castle, enchants with a dreamlike idyll and plenty of space for a relaxing time out in nature. Along the family-friendly paths there are a variety of beautiful places for breaks and plenty of views to marvel at.
