To get to the Guntramsdorf station, the tracks make a small curve around the otherwise parallel Triester Straße. As a result, the station is centrally located and welcomes visitors in the middle of the market town of the same name in the Lower Austrian district of Mödling. In addition to numerous seating areas and information facilities on railway operations, the Guntramsdorf station also offers parking for bicycles, a ticket machine and sanitary facilities.

Guntramsdorf station is located along the route of the Wiener Lokalbahn, probably better known as the Badner Bahn.
- Here trains stop to Vienna to the opera, as well as to Baden.
- There are also bus connections to Bad Vöslau and Neu Guntramsdorf.

Only a stone's throw away from Guntramsdorf station is the local history museum of the market town. The more than 5000 year old history of the village is told with the help of everyday objects - the lovingly staged exhibits give a really tangible impression of the origins of the village.
Recreation at the Windradlteich
To reach the popular Windradlteich, it is best to enjoy a short walk of about a quarter of an hour to the north. Natural with a lot of space - the Windraldlteich is a popular recreation area and offers a playground, the lakeside restaurant and the gravel beach for the little ones as well as the possibility to enjoy the circular hiking trail around the pond to find your own personal favorite spot.
