In 1934, an important space was created there for the training and further education of train dispatchers and technicians. In the meanwhile extensively modernised training centre with many practically prepared teaching aids, ÖBB employees are prepared for their work and equipped for new challenges.
History
Originally, the line was opened under the name "k. k. Niederösterreichische Südwestbahn" in 1877. The connection of the communities in the south of Lower Austria to the railway line was considered a significant upgrade and stood for economic upswing.
