Along the route of the southern railway is the double-tracked station Pottschach. Generous waiting facilities for train passengers have been set up on the two gated platforms, which can be reached safely via an underpass.
Publicly accessible sanitary facilities as well as a ticket vending machine for the purchase of tickets were installed on site, loudspeaker announcements and digital train destination displays inform about the current train operation. More than 100 parking spaces for cars and mopeds as well as over 180 bicycle parking spaces complete the offer of travel comfort.

- At the station forecourt there is a bus stop with connections to Gloggnitz.
History
After the extension of the southern railway, to which the station Pottschach was connected in 1842, the municipality flourished to a popular destination of the summer resort. Several villas built at that time are still standing in the village of Pottschach as contemporary witnesses.
