JRE - Jeunes Restauranteurs
Since November 2021, the Molzbachhof has been part of the JRE association, which was founded 40 years ago. A special award, not least because of the strict selection and testing procedure. Only restaurants that have the same passion for gastronomy and the same quality standard as theJRE are accepted.
“Cook the Gart’l“
The "Cook the Gart'l" kitchen line further emphasises the regional kitchen philosophy. The best products grow on our doorstep, in the garden of the Molzbachhof and in the gardens of the farmers in the surrounding area. The farmers also supply the inn with meat, eggs, milk and much more.
Tip: For small private parties, the Huab'n (Hube- max 28P) directly in the Paradiesgart'l is ideally suited. Caterings are also possible.
