Wein Werk Polsterer, a family business with over 200 years of history, is located in Feuersbrunn, one of the oldest wine-growing villages in Lower Austria. Wines of the highest quality are produced here on more than 13 hectares of vineyards. With care and great respect for nature, each wine is carefully produced to highlight the special characteristics of each variety. The fruit and freshness of the individual varieties are also taken into account in order to bring the wines to optimum maturity.

Modern technology in the cellar and traditional processing, coupled with many years of experience and a good instinct, result in outstanding wines. Wein Werk Polsterer has been known for its precious passion since 1809 and the wines are as unmistakable as the winery itself. Each vintage brings the winery a little closer to nature and despite the surprises that nature has in store, they have learned to react flexibly to its advantages and peculiarities. This enables them to vinify wines that optimally express their varietal typicity. Wein Werk Polsterer is a place where stories are told about a small region in which great things can be created.
