Grimsing’s best tavern cuisine
To eat in an inn so that you feel at home and at the same time be spoiled culinary at the highest level, that has something. The patron saint of the house, Petra Weissenböck, is regularly in top form in the kitchen together with her daughter. The cooked beef tafelspitz is served with fine root vegetables, potato mash and ciboulette sauce. The meat for this is brought by Manfred Höllerschmid from the Kamptal. The deliciously soufflé schnitzel with parsley apples and a fluffy veltliner-veal cream beuscherl with napkin dumplings underline the typical inn character. Always good is the warm chocolate cake with vanilla ice cream, egg liqueur and whipped cream.
