Description
The recently built swing trail at Mönichkirchner Schwaig offers a unique adventure featuring swings - alongside the scooters and mountain carts, it is the latest exciting addition to Schischaukel Mönichkirchen-Mariensee.
Across a total distance of approx. 2.7 km (walking time roughly 2 - 2.5 hours) and easily reached via a 4-person chairlift, children and adults alike can try out a total of 13 stations with swinging, sea-sawing and relaxing elements and have fun outdoors. Our new mascot, little Lella the cow, guides you on your way. The alpine-meadow swing is the highlight of the swing trail - it is a viewing platform with a range of relaxing elements and stunning views across Mönichkirchner Schwaig. Returning to the starting point of the swing trail, the Mönichkirchner Schwaig, descend by scooter or mountain cart to add the crowning glory to a successful day out.
There have been a few new additions to the alpine pasture since summer 2017. A huge Lella swing, a balancing course, an alpine-meadow slide and an alpine-meadow climbing tower are waiting to be discovered.
Whether you are tired from walking along the swing trail or climbing the new alpine-meadow climbing tower, you can relax and swing in the huge Lella swing, enjoying the fragrant forest air, the meadows and the fresh air of Mönichkirchner Schwaig. The trail takes a relaxing and refreshing route from its highest point, the alpine-meadow swing, to the new balancing course, where you can test your balancing skills on slack lines. The last of the four new attractions, the alpine-meadow slide, brings you the next station in no time. If you haven't seen the latest additions, be sure to visit us soon!
