The modern running and exercise centre Xundwärts offers sports-medical diagnostics, fitness and achievement tests, programs for learnig and perfecting running, jogging and Nordic Walking, an extensive network of tracks as well as the Xundwärts-Parcour for the improvement of coordinative abilities. It is equally available to professional sportsmen and amateurs.

Also there is the fully air-conditioned tennis center, outdor tennis court, bowling alley, hiking trails, jogging paths and cross country skiing trails in winter.
